Cancellation Policy

If you have placed an order with us at tns ( / and you later decide you no longer want the item, dont worry, please get in contact as soon as possible following the information below.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being dispatched by using our Contact Us form. You may also withdraw from the sales agreement at any time after the "product dispatched" email has been sent but no later than 7 working days after "product dispatched" email has been sent, this can be done by:

  1. Using our contact us form sending the notice of cancellation ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number; or
  2. If you have already received the goods, returning the goods to us at tns unopened together with the original invoice (delivery details can be found on the returns policy page). Once received, we will refund you the purchase price of the goods. You are liable for the delivery charges to your address and back from your address to us.

Once we receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the sales agreement (in accordance with these terms), any fees paid to us from your credit card or PayPal account in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account or PayPal account as soon possible. Please allow up to 7 days for this to show in your account.

You must ensure that you send the goods back to us as soon as possible and by the best way possible so the goods do not get damaged on their return back to us, goods must be received back to us within 30 days of the cancellation email you send us and in the same condition they were sent out in.

We reserve the right to make a 10-25 percent restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition, we also reserve the right to to refuse to accept such goods, at our sole discretion if the goods are damaged. We also reserve the right to make a charge for collecting goods from your premises in the circumstances where they are not defective but you have cancelled your order.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
