Website Paymentes

On our website we accept automatic secure payment processing through Stripe and PayPal. These are third party payment processing companies. They authorize your payment method and deduct payments from your funding method and credit to our company account. If you have any problems or issues with payments, please first contact us directly quoting your payment references, date of payment and anything else that will help us track payments and we will look into it.

Payment processors are sometimes problematic on larger valued orders. If you think you may have problems with paying for your order (especially larger orders), please use the Bank Transfer option and then send us the total amount via bank transfer. Various factors flag payments to payment processors, such as your location, VPN's, company networks, order amounts and many other variables. If you pay via bank transfer, please contact us via email with the amount you have paid, the account name you have sent the payment from and we will manually check the payment and process your order.

Online payment methods are:
Visa, Master Card, PayPal.

Offline payment methods (by pre-approval to existing / contract customers only):
Purchase Order Numbers, Cash On Delivery (COD), Cheque or Bank Transfer.

Individual Quotes

If you require a larger order of items, we can quote this for you, often when buying multiple items, we will offer a discount on these. Contact us with the items you require and quantities, we will then create a manual quote for you to check and to arrange payment.
