Returns Policy FAQ

All purchases through our website to members of the public are protected by our returns policy.
We check all items as best as we can before they leave our office or factory for shipping.

Return of Faulty Goods

If we send you a faulty item, you have 28 days (from the delivery date provided by our carriers tracking system) to contact us and arrange for a replacement or refund, this includes the original postage to you.

We will require you to send the item back to us so we can verify the failure to ensure similar failures do not happen on other items we sell.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the faulty product must be free of faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. We will need the items returned to our office for inspection in the same condition they were received in.

When sending anything back to us, please always include: Your name, email address, contact phone number and if available, the original invoice / packaging slip and an indication as to why the item has been returned. We also recommend having a return address label on the rear of any item you post as a sender address in case any complications happen during delivery.

Please be aware that we can not be held responsible for items lost in the post while returning the goods back to us, you should always provide proof of postage using recorded delivery where applicable.

Once the item has been checked over we will issue a refund.
